1. Microporous cloth coating
Microporous coating can be achieved by the following methods:
2. Hydrophilic cloth coating
The moisture permeability of the hydrophilic coating is the free volume formed by the thermal movement of the coating agent polymer and the space between the polymers to form pores that allow water vapor molecules to pass through. Because the polyurethane solution of the coating agent contains hydrophilic groups, sweat water vapor molecules penetrate the coating through adsorption-diffusion-desorption.
3. Composite cloth coated fabric
Hydrophilic finishing is applied to the pore structure to improve the water repellency and moisture permeability of the microporous foam layer. When choosing a hydrophilic finishing agent, be careful not to cause unacceptable moisture permeability loss.
