Nickel mesh release and reuse status

The cost of the rotary screen accounts for a large proportion of the cost of rotary screen printing. How to deal with a large number of idle flower nets after printing, so that it can be reused, has always been concerned by the printing and dyeing enterprises. It has also received the attention of scientific research institutions.
In order to solve the problem of recycling the waste nickel mesh of printing and dyeing enterprises, the important key is to do a good job of stripping and cleaning of nickel mesh, but the previous stripping cleaning technology is not ideal. There are some problems:
1. The film cleaning is not thorough, there are still many mesh plugs after cleaning, and the quality of the flower net produced during the second use is not good;
2. The bulkhead of the two ends of the flower net is swollen and deformed during the process of taking off, and it is easy to fall off when the head is doubled;
3. The toughness of the nickel mesh deteriorates during the process of stripping and cleaning, and the mesh is broken due to the brittleness of the nickel mesh during repeated use;
4. The syrup used is more toxic. Harmful to the environment, the operator may cause harm if he is slightly careless.
Many manufacturers of degumming and cleaning flower nets pursue economic benefits, simply consider reducing the cost of the release syrup, and use the stripping cleaning agent mainly sodium fluoride or sodium hypochlorite to clean the flower net. Although the processing cost is low. But there are more questions.
